Create the designs for your clothes

Create a master account with us as a team or club manager and design your team clothing just like in a standard order. When you have all the designs for the clothing items you want to order ready, you can continue setting up your Team shop.

Now it's time to fit

To determine your correct size, we will send you a fitting set with the clothing you wish to purchase or we will organize a fitting session at which we will be present so that we can also provide all your members with direct advice.

Setting up a Team Store

We will prepare the team shop in consultation with you and ensure that all designs are placed there.

Invite your members/friends

Invite all your members to place their order. You can send an email with a link that takes your members directly to the store. As a manager, you have full insight into the progress of the orders

Placing orders and putting them into production

Now all your members can place their order until the time you as a manager indicate. All orders can be settled immediately so that you no longer have to worry about payments. When your members are finished ordering, you give us a signal and we check the order and put it into production.

Producing and shipping orders

We make everything to order so it takes 4 weeks to produce all your clothes. Your clothes will be delivered to you in a box with each member's name packed in it. Check the contents and then you can go out with your members and club in your new clothes! And oh yes, we would really like it if you take a picture of the clothes and share it on your social media @champsysnl.
